Pelit Pamira projesinde 2+1’den 5+1’e kadar daire seçenekleri yer alırken konutların büyüklükleri ise 106 metrekare ile 251 metrekare arasında dizayn ediliyor.
Projeden ev sahibi olmak isteyenlere yüzde 50 peşinat, kalan kısmı şirket içi 18 aylık vadelendirme de yapılıyor. Kira getirilerinin 2 bin TL ila 6 bin TL arasında olması öngörülüyor. Projede yer alan dairlerin fiyatlandırılması ise şu şekilde yapılıyor;

Pelit İnşaat güvencesi ile Ankara Alacaatlı bölgesinde İncek yolu mevkiinde inşa edilen projedeki 2+1 daireler 106 metrekare, 3+1 daireler 140 metrekare, 4+1 daireler 162 metrekare, 5+1 daireler ise bahçe ve teraslı olarak 224 metrekare ile 251 metrekare olarak tasarlanıyor.
Pelit Pamira projesi kapalı yüzme havuzu, sauna, hamam, fitness, pilates salonu, tenis kortu, çok amaçlı spor sahası, koşu ve yürüyüş parkuru, çocuk oyun alanları sosyal alanlarla donatılıyor. Ayrıca projede uzaktan kumanda edilebilen akıllı ev sistemi, 3’lü ankastre seti standart olarak yatırımcılara sunuluyor. Açık ve kapalı otopark alanlarına da sahip olan projenin Haziran 2018’de teslim edilmesi hedefleniyor.
